• 8 Top Sirloin steaks (12oz each)
• 2 NY Strip steaks (14oz each)
• 2 Tenderloin Filets (6oz each)
• 4 Flatiron Steaks (8oz each)

Roasts and Extras

• 4 chuck roasts (3lbs each)
• 2 rump roasts (2lbs each)
• 2 packages of short ribs (16oz each)
• 50 pounds of 85/15 ground beef. (1lb each) 
• 1 Jar of our Homegrown Honey (24oz each)

Once you’ve purchased, we will email or call you to set up a delivery time. If you are needing your order by Easter, we will work hard to have all orders delivered before April 5th. If you are needing time to clear some freezer space, we can hold your order as long as you need.
