Traditionally, purchasing a beef share from a farmer meant not only finding a farmer with beef to sell, but booking a butcher appointment 8-12 months in advance, navigating confusing weights, cutting instruction and butchering fees, as well as traveling hours to pick up your beef with whatever coolers you had available. While we commend anyone willing to go to these lengths to support local, we as your personal farmers believe this complicated process is no way to build a relationship.
